That food in the bowl looks like crap. I know! But, it tastes amazing. Especially after 17 miles and a day in the sun at the pool. I'm so happy that I got 17 in today. I was more than a little worried about my long runs over the past two weeks.
A long bike ride is on the books for tomorrow!
Also, to get me back into the mind set for the 1/2IM, I'm rereading " You Are An Ironman." Honestly, hands down most motivating book I've read!
